FORREST LAW OFFICE PLLC

FAMILY LAW ATTORNEYS

Since 2006, Forrest Law Office has provided quality legal services in Thurston, Pierce, and King counties.  We litigate a variety of domestic relations matters including pre-marital agreements, divorce and separation, child custody, child support modification and enforcement of court orders and agreements.  We also handle estate planning matters, garnishments, and probates.

Our firm's key to professional success is based on three principles.  First, we strive to be well-prepared and knowledgeable at all phases of a case.  Second, we keep the client informed, discussing with the client all viable options, and the cost for such options, before moving forward.  Finally, we work closely with the client to help them see beyond the temporary angst and frustration of their circumstance and help them understand the long term impact of a legal resolution.

The firm's approach to each case is equal parts, practical and collaborative.  We understand the client's desire to resolve issues in a cost-effective manner and aim to settle disputes without litigation.  Our hourly rate is less than other attorneys not because we are less qualified, but because we believe that all clients should have access to our court system.  We strive to be results-oriented at Forrest Law Office, and do our best to streamline the legal process and the cost (financial and emotional) when resolving your legal issue.
